Marco Valletta was born in Rome in December 1963.

He studied in Rome and received his degree in Architecture with a Technological orientation with an experimental thesis on “Solar systems and building structure – Analysis and Design of Integrated Solutions related to heating and cooling systems” coordinated by the Centro Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) of Rome.

He started to work as a CAD designer in several architectural and engineering firms. In May 1998 he worked for the Swiss company TMT Design by Luciano di Pilla, entering the world of ‘Yacht Design. This valuable experience allowed him to participate in the implementation of M/Yacht “Tatoosh”, “Le Grand Bleu” at the shipyard Kush Yacht Agentur in Bremen – Germany. In 2001; he participated in the Coordination Planning at KONO Konstruktionsbüro GmbH in Bremen which allowed him to take part in the drafting of coordinating plans for the construction of the M/Yacht Carinthia VII at the shipyard Lürssen Yachts.

Back in Italy, in Milan, he started working with Contract Oversea Spa as a designer and project manager for several hotels, M/Yacht and shopping centers in Italy and abroad. Among these in particular are: Amphitrite Palace Hotel & Spa Skhirat in Marocco, designed by architect Joselis Esquerra, working as interior designer and work manager. M/Yacht O’Pari ed O’Mega implemented in Athens – Greece , designed by Studio Vafiadis working as technical director and contract manager.

With the very important experience gained in different collaborations, he founded together with other international partners, the KRV & Associates Ltd. The company participated in important projects expressing character and creativity in Composition and Architectural design, among these: M/Yacht “Disco Volante” Athens, Greece – Internal and external refit Hotel Riviera Podol in Kiev Ukraine – Design, construction and turnkey supply. Truskevets Building Hotel in Truskavets Ukraine – Design. Leonardo Business Centre in Kiev Ukraine.

In June 2009 he was appointed project manager for the construction of an M/Yacht P.430 of 127 mt at the shipyard Privilege Yard Spa in Civitavecchia Rome. His role included the responsibility for he design team, for the guidelines for external superstructures and of the interior design, cost management, time and quality, the technical-building specifications, installations and supplies control, work management for the internal furnishing.

Marco Valletta is a licensed architect at Ordine degli Architetti Pianificatori Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Roma e Provincia (Architect’s registration Board of Rome, Italy) with registration number 11398
